Travellers and company’s always state this as their # 1 priority but really this is something that should be a given for service-orientated companies.
Our goal is to “give our clients an 11 out of 10 service each and every time, so that they become our clients for life”.
This is our mantra and not something that we have to strive for but what we want our clients to experience every time.
Yes we’re not perfect, but we dot the I’s and cross the T’s so that service is seamless and if things do go wrong with airlines delayed or hotels overbooking, then we’re available 24/7 so that we can look after the problem immediately.
